**National Leaders of Color Fellowship**

Mid Atlantic Arts offers the National Leaders of Color Fellowship, an eight-month, no-cost leadership development program designed to foster multicultural leadership in the creative and cultural sector. The program provides access to specialists, strategic learning objectives, and national networking opportunities, focusing on anti-racist leadership, arts policy, and advocacy.

Eligibility is open to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) leaders across all U.S. states and territories who are committed to advancing cultural equity in the arts. Applicants must demonstrate a dedication to leadership practices that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in the creative sector.
