About this program
The American Chemical Society, through the ACS-Hach Professional Development Grant, provides up to $2,500 to support high school chemistry teachers’ professional development and improve chemistry instruction and student achievement. Funds may cover conference or workshop fees, travel, tuition, books and online resources, or substitute teacher costs for activities completed by September 30, 2026. Applicants must be high school chemistry educators teaching in a U.S. or U.S. territory school, and applications are due January 21, 2026.
