About this program

American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) offers the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Strategic Leadership Fellowship, a 13-week hybrid executive development program that includes nine 3-hour learning sessions, three 60-minute 1:1 executive coaching sessions, leadership assessments (CliftonStrengths for Leaders, Thomas‑Kilmann), and a strategic ROI-focused change initiative to prepare APPs for executive leadership. Sessions run April–June 2026 with in-person meetings in Chicago and San Francisco; participants may earn up to 27 ANCC contact hours and up to 27 ANCC/ACHE qualifying hours toward FACHE and receive 50% off AONL 2026 Annual Conference registration. Eligible applicants are advanced practice providers currently functioning in senior leadership roles (directing teams, programs, service lines, or strategy), with eligibility assessed by current job description and responsibilities rather than job title alone.
