The American Psychological Foundation offers the Theodore Millon Grant in Personality Psychology, a $5,000 award to support research that advances personality psychology—including personality theory, personality disorders, and personality assessment—with preference for projects that enhance the study, development, and delivery of personality assessment in keeping with Theodore Millon’s legacy. Eligible applicants are graduate students and psychologists holding an EdD, PsyD, or PhD. Applications must be submitted as a single document including a proposal (up to 5 pages, 1‑inch margins, 11‑point Times New Roman or Garamond, single-spaced) covering goals, background/literature review, methods, and anticipated outcomes/impact; references (not included in the 5‑page limit); a 1‑page timeline; a 1‑page detailed budget and justification; and an abbreviated CV (maximum 5 pages); recipients are selected by a review panel appointed by APA Division 12 and approved by the APF Trustees.
