About this program

The **Mid-America Arts Alliance (M-AAA)** offers the **Artist Leadership Fellows** program, a fellowship designed to empower emerging artist leaders by enhancing their professional skills through mentorship, peer-modeling, and strategic career management training. Over eight weeks, fellows engage in topics such as financial strategy, marketing, and self-care, culminating in a virtual WorkShare event to showcase their practices. Eligibility is limited to artists nominated by community partner organizations, representing diverse disciplines and perspectives. There is no cost-sharing requirement for participants.
