Optica's Bernard J. Couillaud Prize in Ultrafast Lasers, funded by Coherent, Inc., awards USD 20,000 plus travel to CLEO to support early‑career research that advances fundamental ultrafast‑laser science or transitions ideas into commercial innovations.
