About this program
The Mary E. Bivins Foundation provides community grants for charitable, nonrecurring needs that improve quality of life in the 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle. Funding may support basic human needs, education, human services, youth development, agriculture and food, health, community development, and older-adult programs. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charities or political subdivisions whose projects benefit residents of the Texas Panhandle; applications are due May 18, 2027.
