About this program
The Richland County Foundation is offering scholarships to support career technical education and address the skills gap in Ohio. Residents of Richland County or graduates from local high schools can apply for funding to pursue certifications and credentials at accredited technical institutions. Applicants must provide a WorkKeys Skills Assessment Report and be enrolled in a post-secondary Career Technical Education program to be eligible for this scholarship.
