CBJ Kids to Camp Scholarship Program

About this program

Community Foundation of Dunn County offers the CBJ Kids to Camp Scholarship Program providing annual scholarships ($250–$850) to youth living with diabetes to attend an American Diabetes Association–certified diabetes camp of their choice. Awards are paid directly to the camp unless otherwise approved; applications are accepted on a rolling basis and must be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the scheduled camp (some camps request six weeks), with funding notifications mailed within six weeks of submission. Eligible applicants must live in Dunn County, WI, or adjacent counties, or attend a Dunn County School District school, and must submit a completed online application or mailed original plus a 500-word-or-less essay addressing how camp will affect them and how they will help other young people with diabetes.
