About this program
The ACS Division of Environmental Chemistry offers a competitive Certificate of Merit recognizing students and postdoctoral researchers after their first presentation in ENVR at an ACS National Meeting. Eligible presentations may be in-person, virtual, oral, or poster formats, and applications are evaluated by ENVR judges. Applicants must be ENVR Division members, may join at the time of application, and must hold an undergraduate, graduate, or postdoctoral position; faculty are ineligible. Prior presentations in other ACS divisions do not affect eligibility.
