About this program

The Society for Environmental, Population, and Conservation Psychology (SEPCP) will award two Research Grant-in-Aid awards of up to $1,500 each to support doctoral dissertation-stage and early-career research addressing topics relevant to the society. Funds may support participant compensation, supplies, software, research-site travel, or research assistants, but not investigator salaries, conference travel, or indirect costs; the deadline is February 14, 2027. Applicants must be SEPCP members, enrolled in a doctoral program at the dissertation stage or within 10 years of earning a PhD or PsyD, and demonstrate limited access to alternative research support. Applicants may submit only one Research or Teaching Grant application annually and must submit an anonymized proposal, budget, CV, required recommendation letter for students and postdocs, and human-subjects review status.
