About this program
Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF), with grants from the AbbVie Foundation and Merz Therapeutics, funds Clinical Fellowships to train physicians in movement disorders with special emphasis on dystonia and development of competence in botulinum toxin therapies. The two‑year fellowships combine a first year of intensive clinical training with a second year focused on clinical research to improve diagnosis and treatment. Eligible applicants are exceptionally qualified physicians pursuing a clinical and/or research career in movement disorders and are selected for placement with experienced mentors at accredited centers.
