The National Dental Association Foundation offers one $10,000 Dr. Clifton & Lois Dummett Post-Doctoral Fellowship annually to support advanced clinical training or graduate study in dental specialties, research, public health, administration, or law. The fellowship honors emerging leaders demonstrating academic excellence, social justice commitments, and dedication to improving oral health in systematically under-resourced communities. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, current National Dental Association members, and post-doctoral candidates; applications require transcripts, a CV, program and funding details, a professional narrative, nomination and recommendation letters, and a photo/video release. Applications open March 1 and close at midnight on May 31.
