Entergy Micro Grants

About this program

Entergy's Micro Grants program offers one-time awards of up to $1,000 on a rolling basis to support arts and culture, community improvement/enrichment, economic development, education and literacy, environment, and healthy families, with priority given to projects in Entergy’s service counties and parishes. Applicants are asked to apply at least three months before funds are needed and should allow 8–12 weeks for review and notification. Eligible recipients include 501(c)(3) public charities, schools/hospitals/governmental units/religious institutions with equivalent nonprofit status, 501(c)(19) veterans organizations, and 501(c)(4) volunteer fire departments; state or local governments qualify only for donations exclusively used for public purposes. Applications must be submitted online via Blackbaud with the Federal Tax ID and a current W-9 attached; Entergy will not fund organizations without appropriate nonprofit status, utility bills, political activities, certain school-sports purchases, activities solely promoting religion, individual grants or loans, or organizations owned/operated by Entergy employees.
