Ernst & Young Innovation in Accounting Education Award

About this program

Sponsored by the Ernst & Young Foundation and administered by the American Accounting Association (AAA), the Ernst & Young Innovation in Accounting Education Award recognizes innovative programs, activities, concepts, or educational materials that improve accounting education. The recipient, selected for innovation, demonstrated educational impact, and adaptability, receives a $5,000 award and recognition at the AAA Annual Meeting, with an opportunity to present the innovation and pursue publication in Issues in Accounting Education.

Individuals, groups, or institutions may be nominated, including through self-nomination, but at least one individual associated with the work must be an AAA member. Nominations must include a letter, a 200-word summary, and a detailed statement of no more than six double-spaced pages, with up to five supporting attachments, submitted by January 31 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
