The Rheumatology Research Foundation offers a Fellowship Training Award to support rheumatology fellows at institutions facing funding challenges or those with newly established programs. The aim is to address the shortage of rheumatology providers, especially in underserved regions, by providing $100,000 for adult programs and $150,000 for pediatric programs over 2-3 years. Rheumatology fellows at these institutions are eligible to apply, with the goal of ensuring adequate healthcare access for individuals with rheumatic diseases nationwide.
