Friesner, Bob and Joyce Memorial Scholarship Fund

About this program

Community Foundation of Noble County offers the Friesner, Bob and Joyce Memorial Scholarship Fund, a one-time $1,000 award for one West Noble High School senior who will enroll full-time in a four-year accredited college or university; funds are payable to institutions for tuition, books, and academic fees (not housing). Applicants must have a high school GPA between 3.00 and 3.80, with preference for students pursuing education, medical/health sciences, nursing, school counseling, or social work. Apply through the CFNC Scholarship Apply Portal (GrantInterface): complete the eligibility quiz to be matched, submit the CFNC Main Application (essays, references, activities) and any matched scholarship applications, and provide all materials by January 14, 2027 at 11:00 PM.
