GCA Board of Associates Centennial Pollinator Fellowship

About this program

The Garden Club of America Board of Associates, in partnership with the Pollinator Partnership, offers the Centennial Pollinator Fellowship to fund graduate research on causes of pollinator decline—particularly bees, bats, butterflies, and moths—and projects that advance conservation and sustainability solutions. Awards are made annually (typically one or more fellowships of about $4,000, with possible renewal for a second year) and selections are based on technical merit and relevance to pollinator conservation. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents actively enrolled in U.S.-based graduate programs (international students are ineligible due to IRS restrictions); only one GCA scholarship/fellowship/award application is permitted per year, and applications are due January 17 annually.
