Hartmann Müller-Stiftung Travel Grants

About this program

Hartmann Müller-Stiftung offers travel grants of up to CHF 1,000 for conference attendance, with a maximum of three grants per research group per year and priority given to applicants selected for oral presentations. Eligible applicants are PhD students, MD doctoral students, and postdoctoral researchers who received their PhD less than five years ago and have not obtained a Habilitation (PD). Applications must be submitted via the HMS online tool (https://hms-tool.uzh.ch/) using UZH Shortname/WebPass before the conference or by the first HMS deadline after it, and must include a one-page conference justification, confirmation of abstract acceptance, a financial plan, CV, publication list, and a supervisor support letter. Applications that do not meet formal criteria will be rejected without review but may be resubmitted after completion.
