About this program
The Rasmuson Foundation offers the Individual Artist Awards Program, providing Project Awards of $10,000 each to support Alaska artists in their short-term, specific projects that foster artistic growth and contribute to Alaska's cultural landscape. Up to 50 grants are available, with applications open until June 9, 2025. Eligibility is limited to emerging, mid-career, and established artists in all disciplines who reside and work in Alaska, with a focus on projects offering clear benefits to the artist's development. Applicants must demonstrate how their proposed project aligns with the program's goals of enhancing artistic practice and community vibrancy.
