Latino Hill Staff Academy

About this program

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) offers the nonpartisan, bicameral Latino Hill Staff Academy for professional and leadership development among U.S. House and Senate staff. The March–June 2026 hybrid cohort provides leadership training, mentorship, networking, career coaching, and a certificate upon completion. Applicants must be full-time Capitol Hill staff in any role, or former staff with a strong desire to return to the Hill, and must be committed to public service and professional growth. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or otherwise authorized to work full-time without restriction in the United States; individuals deeply committed to the Latino community may apply regardless of Latino/a/x identity.
