About this program
The Spaatz Association offers Leadership Grants to support and encourage leadership development in America's youth by funding cadet leadership programs and activities at the squadron, group, wing, region, or national level. Eligible applicants include individuals or units operating at those levels; grant requests may be for any amount provided funds are used directly for cadet leadership development.
