Leadership Grants

About this program

The Spaatz Association offers Leadership Grants to recognize and encourage leadership development in America's youth by funding cadet leadership programs and activities; awards may be made to individuals or to units at the squadron, group, wing, region, or national level. Applicants may request any grant amount provided funds are used directly for cadet leadership development, with applications accepted year‑round and application resources (form, FAQ, procedures, past recipients) available on the Association’s website. Eligibility is limited to individuals and cadet units as listed, and selectees must follow additional procedures; contact the National Secretary (secretary@spaatz.org) for questions or to apply.
