Matthew Gerdisch Fellowship in Arrhythmia Surgery

The American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS) offers the Matthew Gerdisch Fellowship in Arrhythmia Surgery, a year-long program providing up to $50,000 for non-ACGME fellows and $25,000 for ACGME fellows to advance skills in arrhythmia surgery, including sinus rhythm restoration, pathophysiology, and electrophysiologic mechanisms. Applicants must be in an approved CT training program, proficient in English, and meet the host center’s licensure and credentialing criteria, with a focus on early career surgeons and residents/fellows.
