Mentored Research Award

About this program

The Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation (NETRF) offers the Mentored Research Award to support early career investigators in neuroendocrine tumor research, providing $100,000 over two years for projects with two aims. Eligible applicants are postdoctoral fellows, clinical research fellows, or equivalents with an MD, PhD, MD/PhD, or similar degree, who must hold a full-time, mentored research position at an academic, medical, or research institution. A letter from a mentor, including a mentoring plan, is required, and the award is transferable to the first year of a junior faculty position. Public or private institutions, both domestic and international, are eligible, excluding biotech, pharmaceutical, and for-profit life sciences companies.
