Nonprofit Management Program for Emerging Leaders of Color

The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven offers a unique opportunity with its Nonprofit Management Cohort, aiming to diversify leadership in the nonprofit sector. This two-year program provides executive leadership training for middle-management staff, offering a certificate and academic credit upon completion of the first year.

Eligible applicants must be persons of color, currently employed in middle management at a Greater New Haven nonprofit, with at least one year of nonprofit experience and aspirations to become a CEO or higher-level manager. Participants must also commit to continuing their careers in the region.
