Pediatric Dermatology Career Development Award

About this program

The Dermatology Foundation's Pediatric Dermatology Career Development Award funds career development for future intellectual leaders, educators, clinical scholars, and translational investigators conducting research on dermatologic diseases in infants and children. Award support is intended to advance academic training and early independent research within the specialty. Foundation-funded research must be conducted in the United States under the sponsorship of an ACGME‑approved dermatology department/division, and applicants must meet the Foundation’s general and award-specific eligibility requirements at the time of funding. Applications from and projects addressing health issues affecting racial minorities, sexual/gender/LGBTQ minorities, and underserved or disadvantaged populations are encouraged.
