About this program

The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF), in partnership with the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA), is offering a PFF/PHA Joint Partner Award (new ILD‑PH award) that provides $100,000 over two years to support innovative research advancing understanding of pulmonary hypertension in interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis across basic, translational, clinical, epidemiologic, or health services domains. Letters of intent must be submitted via ProposalCentral by Friday, May 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET, and selected awardees are appointed following peer review by the Foundation’s Research Review Committee. The program is aimed at emerging investigators (PFF Scholars) seeking independent funding, and applications are evaluated on scientific merit, innovation, and responsiveness to the stated program goals.
