Project Involve Fellowship

About this program

Film Independent offers the Project Involve Fellowship, a nine-month program supporting emerging filmmakers from underrepresented communities. The fellowship provides mentorship, workshops, short film production opportunities, and industry access, along with a $10,000 cash production grant and fundraising resources. Applicants must be Film Independent members and reside in Los Angeles for the program duration, with eligibility open to diverse filmmakers in various disciplines including writing, directing, and cinematography. Applications are accepted annually, fostering hands-on experience and industry connections.
