About this program
The Dermatology Foundation’s Public Health Career Development Award (CDA) supports establishment and development of careers in public health by funding U.S.-based research in areas such as health care policy, epidemiology, outcomes and comparative effectiveness research, information system development, and teledermatology. Funded projects must be conducted under the sponsorship of an ACGME‑approved dermatology department or division. Applicants must satisfy the Foundation’s general eligibility and any award‑specific requirements at the time of funding, and applications from or addressing the needs of minority and underserved populations are especially encouraged.
