The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) offers the Culture of Health Prize Alumni Storytelling Cohort, a one-time grant opportunity aimed at amplifying stories of progress and solutions to address structural racism and advance health equity. This $150,000 award supports local storytelling efforts and participation costs for alumni communities that won the RWJF Culture of Health Prize prior to 2023.
