Science Leaders Program

About this program

One Mind’s Science Leaders Program supports early-career mental health researchers through cohort learning, executive coaching, and cross-sector engagement designed to strengthen leadership, communication, advocacy, and research translation skills. The program helps scientists expand the real-world impact of their work, build collaborations, and integrate lived-experience perspectives into mental health research. Participation is intended for recipients of the One Mind Rising Star Award and is part of the award’s broader professional-development ecosystem; it is not described as a standalone funding opportunity.
