About this program
One Mind’s Science Leaders Program supports early-career mental health researchers through cohort learning, executive coaching, and cross-sector engagement designed to strengthen leadership, communication, advocacy, and research translation skills. The program helps scientists expand the real-world impact of their work, build collaborations, and integrate lived-experience perspectives into mental health research.
