Established in 2014, the program honors Mr. Farbstein's commitment to Jewish programs and higher education, particularly in chemical engineering. Eligibility is limited to invitation-only organizations in Charleston and Beaufort Counties focused on Jewish identity, culture, or STEM programming for youth. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on January 15, with decisions announced in early April.
