Team Tate Mentorship and Leadership Fund

The Dressage Foundation offers the Team Tate Mentorship and Leadership Fund to support dressage professionals in enhancing their equestrian skills and gaining business, leadership, or coaching education through mentorship. The $5,000 grant aims to foster well-rounded and successful professionals in the field. Eligibility requires applicants to be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents, at least 25 years old, and professional dressage instructors, trainers, or clinicians, with a detailed training plan that includes both dressage mentorship and business development programs. Recipients must use the funds within one year, submit a training and financial report, and cannot allocate funding for competition entries, veterinary/farrier expenses, or horse/equipment purchases.
