The John and Brenda Walton Endowed Scholarship

The American Respiratory Care Foundation offers the John and Brenda Walton Endowed Scholarship to support students pursuing a baccalaureate or master’s degree in respiratory care. The award provides up to $5,000 annually, along with AARC Congress registration, coach airfare, one night’s lodging, and a certificate of recognition. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited respiratory care program, maintain student or active AARC membership, and demonstrate participation in an AARC affiliate or specialty section. Applications, including a 1,200-word leadership-focused essay, enrollment and membership verification, affiliate participation documentation, and two recommendations, are accepted January 1 through June 1.
