About this program
The Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology offers the Varda Shoham Clinical Science Training Initiative to support innovative projects that strengthen the integration of science and practice in predoctoral, practicum, internship, and postdoctoral training programs. Up to three non-renewable awards of $1,500 are provided annually for initiatives involving students in clinical science and demonstrating innovation, impact, feasibility, sustainability, or contributions to diversity and inclusion. Faculty, senior staff, or students with departmental support may apply; current SSCP Board members and previous award recipients are ineligible. Applications must select one of four designated tracks and be submitted by March 31.
