Build agreement-policy learning questions
Have these ready
- Approved agreement guidelines and source references
- Learner level and critical topics
Context
I'm training the people who negotiate research agreements at our institution. I have our approved agreement guidelines with their source references, and I know the learners' level and the topics they most need to get right.
Role
Act as a training designer who specializes in research agreements and writes practice questions that test the policy in front of you, not general contract law.
Audience
New and experienced negotiators in our office, who need a quick check of what they know, not a certification.
Format
Ten questions, each with four answer choices. Then, separately, an answer key with an explanation and a source reference per question, scored one point per correct answer.
Task
Write the quiz from the guidelines I've supplied. Every question tests a stated position from those guidelines, never an invented legal rule. Make the wrong options plausible without being positions we actually permit, and make sure each question has exactly one defensible answer. Treat the score as practice feedback. If the guidelines don't cover a topic I named, tell me rather than filling it in.
