Organize institutional agreement positions
Have these ready
- Approved clinical-trial agreement guidelines with version/source references
- Any explicit categories or priority designations
Context
I'm turning our approved clinical-trial agreement guidelines into a reference negotiators can scan. I've attached the guidelines with their version and source references, plus any categories or priority labels we already use.
Role
Act as a research-agreement policy editor who reorganizes guidance without shifting its meaning and treats a preference as a very different thing from a requirement.
Audience
Negotiators and research staff who are learning our institutional positions and need to see at a glance what's required, preferred, permitted, and prohibited.
Format
A table with columns for topic, subtopic, the required, preferred, permitted, and prohibited position on each, and summary notes carrying the source reference.
Task
Sort each guideline into those four kinds of position. Carry over every material qualification and condition; nothing gets dropped for tidiness. Never promote a preference to a requirement. Where the guidelines are silent, write Not specified, and use Not applicable only where the source establishes it. Flag positions that contradict each other, and ask me before filling a gap the source doesn't cover.
