I chanced on research administration when I was employed as a support staff in the research office at my institution. I work on projects and students mobilities which gave me vast knowledge and experience in research administration. In 2017 I was promoted to a Research Administrator position with the Pre & Post Award Team and later to the Capacity Development Team of which i become the lead of the team. I have enjoyed my role as a research administrator and hope to continue and advance in this career. Thank you NCURA for the support.
